The lightweight NORTEC 700 flaw detector is available in three operator-friendly models—the N700 (single frequency) provides proven ECT for everyday inspections, the N700D expands versatility with enhanced dual-frequency and bolt-hole capabilities, and the N700i offers both ECT and advanced ECA, and layer detection. Based on the proven NORTEC 600 series, all three models share the same ergonomic design, simplified workflows, and digital ecosystem compatibility, ensuring seamless training and easy fleet standardization.

Olympus converges its latest advancements in high-performance digital circuitry and eddy current flaw detection into one compact and durable portable unit—the new NORTEC® 600. With its crisp and vivid 5.7 inch VGA display and true full-screen mode, the NORTEC 600 is capable of producing highly visible and contrasting eddy current signals in any lighting condition.

The OmniScan™ MX ECA/ECT flaw detector is used to perform eddy current array testing inspections. The test configuration supports 32 sensor coils (up to 64 with an external multiplexer) working in bridge or transmit-receive mode. The operating frequency ranges from 20 Hz to 6 MHz with the option of using multiple frequencies in the same acquisition.

These probes for tube inspection are lightweight but solidly constructed and use eddy current, remote field, magnetic flux leakage, and IRIS ultrasound technologies. These probes are used for ferromagnetic or non-ferromagnetic tube inspection applications.
